With God's help we desire to be a part of building Christ's church in the greater Madison community by reaching all people with the Good News about Jesus Christ.


Our Purpose

We are devoted to developing committed, mature, and reproducing disciples of Jesus Christ. Our purpose is summarized to us in Acts 2:42, 46-47 by God's grace to us.

Paul and Rena Hurst
Pastor Paul and Rena Hurst

Reverend Paul Hurst is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and Western Bible College in Denver, Colorado. He has pastored churches in Wisconsin and Illinois. He was a member of IFCA (Independent Fundamental Churches of America) and was active in the Wisconsin Regional. He has been involved in ministries of mediation and reconciliation and desires to serve others with these skills. His preaching is Expository in style in bringing out the author's intent for each passage of scripture and giving strong application lessons to go with it. His children are grown and he resides in Wild Rose, Wisconsin with his wife Rena.
